provides several options for paying your bill.
Pay by Check
When you receive your invoice, simply send us a check
in the enclosed envelope. Don't forget to include
the top portion of the invoice.
If you don't have the return envelope, payments can

Pay by Credit Card
Have your bill automatically paid through an
automatic charge to your credit card. To request Credit
Card payment, print our
Authorization Form, fill it out and mail it in.
Your payment will be automatically charged to your
credit card each quarter.

Automatic Bill Payment from Your Bank Account
Have your bill automatically paid through an
automatic withdrawal from your bank account.
Simply print our
Authorization Form, fill it out and mail it in.
We'll take care of the rest. Your one-time
authorization stays in effect until you cancel it.
