Kate started at SWS in March 2026 with 8 years of prior sales experience. What she enjoys most about sales is creating relationships with a variety of different people and being able to provide them with exceptional service.
Outside of work, Kate spends most of her time running after her two young kids with her husband Chris. As a family, they enjoy time at the cabin, traveling to visit family, sporting events, and settling into their new home and neighborhood.

Starting out as a driver and progressing to a commercial salesman, Greg has extensive experience in the Waste Management industry. He has been in commercial waste sales for 7 years and counting.
Greg joined SWS to work at a local, family-owned business known for its friendly atmosphere. He appreciates the hands-on ownership team and how they care for their employees.
Outside of work, Greg enjoys cycling, hiking, and playing pickleball during the warmer months, as well as downhill skiing and watching hockey in the winter.
