Yes! On the upper right of our homepage, click Pay Your Bill. For a one-time online payment, click Pay My Bill Now. You can also utilize our online portal to make one-time payments or sign up for our auto-pay option. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover card payments. Please allow 24-48 hours for the payment to be processed and applied.

Of course? Either complete the form on the bottom of the back of your invoice and mail in with your payment or contact our customer service department to switch to paperless billing.

Your payment due date is listed on the front of your invoices. A late fee will be applied to any balance that is 10 or more days past due.

To cancel service, please call our office at 952-937-8900. Our customer service team can assist you. Service will remain active until we are informed. We do not accept cancellations from third parties or via email and online chat. We do not offer refunds for prepaid services. Paying your current invoices constitutes an agreement for the current service period. Please refer to your invoice to see when your current service period ends.

We offer vacation holds with a minimum duration of 4 weeks. To request a hold, please contact our customer service team with your desired vacation start and end dates.

To ensure your pickup is not missed, please have all containers curbside by 7 AM on your service day. Pickup times can vary due to factors such as route changes, material volume, mechanical issues and weather. As a result, there are no set pick up times.

If you feel we missed your pickup and your container was curbside by 7 AM, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We’re happy to send a truck back the next day—or even the same day if time permits.

If your container was not curbside by 7 AM and your pickup was missed, please contact our customer service team. We can make a note on your account for extra bags to be collected on your next service day at no extra charge, or if you prefer, we can arrange for the truck to return for an additional fee.

Extra trash bags or bulk items will incur additional charges. For a quote, please contact our customer service team. To ensure pickup, arrangements must be made at least 24 hours before your service day

Hazardous waste, paint, tires, construction debris, hot ashes, appliances, yard waste.  Please contact your local city or county government office for proper disposal of these items.

State law prohibits yard waste from being mixed with your trash. Yard waste is an additional service that we offer.  

Please contact our customer service department if you have any questions about the proper disposal of miscellaneous items that are not listed above.  

  • 35 gallon (2 – 3 kitchen size bags)
  • 64 gallon (5-6 kitchen size bags)
  • 96 gallon (6-7 kitchen size bags)

For safe disposal please put the syringes in an empty coffee can or detergent bottle, duct tape the top shut, mark the container “contains syringes” and dispose of it in your trash cart – not recycling. 

Autopay can be setup via our online portal or reach out to our customer service team to set up. Autopayments are run on the first business day of the quarter.

Please notify customer service at least 10 days before the scheduled transaction date to cancel autopayments.

Yard waste season goes from the first full week of April through the last full week of November, weather permitting. Exact dates will be posted on our website.

Grass clippings, leaves, twigs and branches no longer than 5’ sections and 1.5” in diameter. Twigs and branches need to be bundled with string or twine.  We are unable to take unbundled brush. Yard waste must either be in a SWS yard waste container or in brown paper compostable bags (under 30 lbs).

We can only pick up yard waste when the composting sites are open to accept yard waste, so we need to follow their schedule.

Please contact our customer service team. We can send someone out to fix or deliver a replacement container.

For a quote and to schedule a bulk item pickup, please contact our customer service team. We require 24-hours’ notice prior to your service day to make arrangements. Please note that we cannot accept appliances or hazardous waste.

We are closed the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Please visit our website for information on holiday service delays.

To create an account, click the online portal button on our website, then select “I’m New. I need to create an account” and complete the required information. You’ll need a current invoice with your account number, invoice number, and invoice total (without the dollar sign) to register. If you have any issues, please reach out to our customer service team.

Recycling is picked up every other week and you are assigned either a Maroon – A week or a Grey – B week. The recycling calendar is available on the home page of our website. If you are not sure if you are in an A week or a B week, please contact our customer service department.

Yes! Our recycling service is unlimited. Please contact our customer service department to size up or order an additional cart.

Please flatten boxes and cut them down to a maximum size of 3 feet by 3 feet before placing them next to your recycling cart. Additional recycling is collected at no extra charge.
