Suburban Waste Services provides several options for paying your bill.
Payments on suspended accounts must be made 48 business hours prior to your service day to resume services.

Upon receiving your invoice, select the “Pay My Bill Now” button below. Our secure system accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card payments.
To resume services on a suspended account, payment should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service day.
Note: Your Customer ID is identical to the Customer Number, located at the top right corner of your bill.
Using our online customer portal, you are now able to view your past SWS invoices, make one time payments or sign up for our auto-payment option.

Once you get your invoice, you can mail us a check using the provided envelope. Make sure to include the top portion of the invoice. If you misplaced the return envelope, mail your payments to:

Simplify your payments by setting up an automatic withdrawal from either your credit card or bank account.
You may sign up for autopayments by filling out and mailing in our Authorization Form on the back of your quarterly invoice, signing up through our online customer portal or calling the office at 952-937-8900. The autopayment option remains active until you decide to cancel.
