We had a great experience with SMS Garbage’s customer service. Our recycling bin wasn’t fully emptied during pickup, so I called, and they answered on the very first ring. They resolved the issue incredibly quickly and were so helpful throughout the process. They even offered us a larger recycling bin at no additional cost to help prevent the issue in the future.
